Andrew is originally from Great Falls, Montana. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Montana in Missoula. After college and before law school, Andrew worked as a warranty technician for a large international window and door manufacturer and later as a commercial roofing foreman in Missoula.
Andrew graduated from the University Of Montana School Of Law and became licensed to practice law in Montana in 1999. After law school, Andrew clerked for the Hon. William E. Hunt, Sr. at the Montana Supreme Court in Helena.

In addition to real estate, construction defect, and government contract litigation, Andrew began representing creditors in bankruptcy court in 2004. He joined with Daniel Morgan to open Morgan Pierce Law Firm in 2007.
